Author: How do you like to capture and preserve your family memories? Are you a photography buff or a scrapbooker?
As a small child, I have fond memories of my grandparents and my great uncle following me and my brother around and constantly snapping photographs of us at family get togethers and events. My mother also spent a lot of time taking photographs of me and my brother.
Once I became an adult and started my own family, I made a promise to myself that I would keep with the tradition and always have a camera nearby so that I could preserve my own family memories. Now our daughter has started her own family and to this day…I still spend a lot of time capturing pictures and moments of our first grandchild.
Life can become busy and hectic and yes…time does fly by quickly, but its very important to take time out of our busy schedule and capture and document our family memories. You need to go beyond the school pictures, sports pictures and just the holidays. Make sure you spend time getting pictures of the little things in life that we do.
